Cheragdani Mosque and Dighi

This Cheragdani Mosque is one of the Sultanate signs. It is located at Sadekpur in Barobazar of Kaliganj upazila of Jhenaidah district The old mosque can be seen beside the Chatagdani Dighi. It is a one-domed religious building. There are three mihrabs on the west wall of the building. According to the inscription of the mosque, this building was built in 1519 during the reign of Sultan Alauddin Husain Shah. Currently, this mosque is being renovated and used.
